I was born in 1968 in Budapest into a family of lawyers. I discovered my passion for cooking and gastronomy at an early age, thus after finishing my studies it was obvious to me that this would be my chosen profession. After completing the basic training I worked abroad for thirteen years, in Tel Aviv, Lyon and Amsterdam. I returned to Budapest with my family in 2001.
Throughout my career I have always worked in countries, restaurants and with people who had and still have a great influence on my gastronomic philosophy of today. An international environment and the variety of different cultures are still extremely important to me, I travel regularly and this significantly defines my cooking style.
